  Completely ignore their walk up l. Don't know why they even have it. tried the walk up 3 separate times and each time I had to wait 10+ minutes to be acknowledged and to get my order. They will serve 10 drive-thru cars before even speaking to you.

  Always go early to get my kid a couple donuts and the woman who normally handles the drive thrus is just the sweetest!

  The staff there in the mornings(that’s the only time I go) are SO incredibly friendly. This morning I went in and Kenny, who was at the delivery window was so friendly, funny and kind! Every other Dunkin I’ve gone to the staff just seems so burdened to be there. Definitely recommend this location specifically

  I don't know who came up with this business model but it's horrible. They want you use screens instead of ordering by an employee. They dont list all their donuts on the screen either. I stood there at the counter for a good 10 minutes before someone finally helped. Friendly lady helped. I want people employed and want to talk to people who have been trained on their job. I refuse to patron businesses who dont use people for real customer service and help with ordering. Thr funny part is they have a tip jar. Lol for what? Disclaimer. I worked at Duncan as a kid. I remember the counters and the friendly elderly people that would share their life lessons. Now Duncan has screens to monitor the drive thru performances but nothing for monitoring the counter. They dont want you to come in apparently. Just go through the drive thru. Find a local owned family donut shop. It's what donut shops are to really be. An experience and memories.
