  I asked for ketchup since there was none stocked. The young man making the food pointed to the young man taking orders at the register and said he would get it for me. I was waiting for the young man taking the orders to finish attending to customers in line. Then the young man making the food went to the back and then tossed two ketchup packets on the counter and turned around. I guess disrespect is the culture that was exhibited today. As I am traveling, I will be hesitant to visit this location again in my travels.

  Mary at the store inside the MCI airport is rude. And she is a manager!! When I travel I always get dunkin before my flight but because of how rude she was ill be looking at getting food elsewhere. There is no need to be rude to customers. She should not be a manager!

  Compramos dos capuchinos y más de la mitad del vaso era espuma, luego el chico delgado y bajito que nos atendió tenía una pésima actitud, se notaba que odia su trabajo, ponía caras mientras le hacíamos nuestro pedido y su ropa estaba bastante sucia, definitivamente no volveremos aquí
