  I asked for ketchup since there was none stocked. The young man making the food pointed to the young man taking orders at the register and said he would get it for me. I was waiting for the young man taking the orders to finish attending to customers in line. Then the young man making the food went to the back and then tossed two ketchup packets on the counter and turned around. I guess disrespect is the culture that was exhibited today. As I am traveling, I will be hesitant to visit this location again in my travels.

  Mary at the store inside the MCI airport is rude. And she is a manager!! When I travel I always get dunkin before my flight but because of how rude she was ill be looking at getting food elsewhere. There is no need to be rude to customers. She should not be a manager!

  Everyone here is really nice, except for "Josh." He was super rude, bitter, and condescending talking to everyone like they are idiots. He really pissed me off, and I was so angry, I did not order anything. If you do not want to work here, just do not work there. Do not talk to everyone rudely and cost the owner money. I, then followed up with the manager. Not only did I find out Josh was not the associates real name, the manager handled it unprofessionally. Instead of apologizing in any way, he told me he would talk to "Josh" to find out what happened, and almost insinuated I was lying. Yeah, I am never eating here again.

  Service is unbelievably slow. Considering they’ve got three staff and are just serving coffee and pre-made donuts, it takes them a painfullly long time to take each order and even longer to slowly wander round the kitchen trying to work out what they’re getting. Avoid unless your flight is delayed and you’re trying to kill an extra hour.
