I ordered two medium lattes and the cashier repeated back "two medium lattes", the lady ringed it up as two small lattes, I asked her to remake it and she gave me attitude saying she'll have to refund that order and recharge me, that I didnt mind it was her and the manager giving me a tone. Maybe listen to your customers better then you wouldnt have any issues. I also come to this dunkin everyday to the point they should know my order. I also work in fast food, if I have any my customers any attitude like that I probably would get fired.
I see this place is poorly rated and I understand why.
I was in there to make a small order, waited for a long time, and eventually went up to ask about my food since other people had come after me and left before me. I said “Hey, can I check on order 67 (my order number)” the guy behind the counter shrugged. I said “Order 67” and he made some weird gesture with his hands and made a face. I said “I don’t know what that means” and he answered “Well bro, tell me what the order is! I don’t know what 67 means” in a super rude and dismissive tone. I said “It’s literally the order number your system gave me - I was using it to be helpful because it’s YOUR code from YOUR store” one of his boys then jumped in and threatened to throw me out of the shop. Note I hadn’t yelled, cursed, or threatened anyone - merely answered with the same energy he used to rudely dismiss me. They then took another several minutes to get my order.
I will note that I have also met some nice workers there, which is the only reason I don’t give one star. But those two dudes were way out of line.
This particular Dunkin’ Donuts is a mess. Or maybe they’re not a mess, their workers are a mess. I was rudely spoken to in the drive through and served inedible food for placing my order whenever I arrived to the store instead of ahead of when I was arriving. (Order was placed before pulling up to the drive through speaker) (I clarified with another worker if this was a problem or not. He said no it’s not) I go to this Dunkin on the daily as it is the closest to my home. The other issues I have are that they do not cook the bacon thoroughly leaving pink all throughout the meat. Several times I would also notice my egg “drip” from my sandwich from where it wasn’t cooked thoroughly either, I end up getting grossed out and wasting my money. It’s hit or miss as far as the food here. I wish they took more time to assure everything is cooked properly instead of rushing it onto the sandwich because they are in a rush.
I believe the manager there is a nice woman I’ve never had any issues with her she has always fixed my drink when they have forgotten the cold foam/espresso (which they also do a lot, I pay almost $2.50 extra for my extras.) she is also almost always there when I go working her butt off! I wish the other workers acted like her.
If you are easily angered at consumers and hate your job please find a new one & do not work jobs like this. Especially not one where your customers are waiting for their morning dose of happiness and you go and add more to whatever’s going on because you’re not a morning person and “upset that they didn’t order several minutes ahead of time”.
I don’t order until I get to the restaurant due to long lines, & melted, watered down coffee.
Since they don’t like this and decided to ruin my food out of spite, I will not be returning to this particular Dunkin.
I wish I could add the dash cam footage of her speaking to me the way she did. But I can only attach photos.
Do better Red Dog Way Dunkin.
Waited 10 minutes for 2 terrible drinks and a cold chicken wrap.

I’ve been drinking Dunkin iced tea for years all over the US. The tea from this location is either not clean or not fresh, every single time I order it’s the same. It tastes stale and metallic. It is not that hard to clean and brew tea. I’d love to see the employees try the tea they’re selling first, but I bet they’d rather not. Seriously gonna reach out to corporate because is gross.
