  It’s clear that hygiene is not a priority here — I saw that she didn’t wash her hands before making coffee. Definitely not recommending this place. Very bad experience. The coffee was awful — the cream was spoiled and it smelled sour.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this café. The cream in my coffee was spoiled, and the drink tasted terrible. The cashier was more focused on her phone conversation than serving customers and barely paid attention to me. She made my coffee wrong twice, and when I asked her to remake it, she used the same cup again, which was completely unacceptable. There were also some strange bits floating in the coffee, which made it impossible to drink. On top of that, I noticed she didn’t wash her hands before preparing the drinks. Overall, it was an unpleasant and unhygienic experience — I definitely won’t be coming back.

  This Dunkin’ is my go-to spot for coffee every morning. The service is always fast and polite, and my coffee is made perfectly each time. The staff remember regular customers, which makes it feel personal. The store is clean, and the drive-thru moves quickly even during rush hours. Highly recommend this location for anyone who wants consistent quality and great service!

  Customer service is the absolute worst! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there! I was denied a simple cup of ice that I would have paid for and was rudely told to go around again in the long line for a cup of ice. This place lacks empathy and decorum. The staff needs one on one training sessions to teach them how to be better employees. A simple smile and a friendly attitude can change a person’s entire day and could possibly save someone’s life. Remember that you can harm your own life just by being rude because you never know what type of day the next person is having so keep that in mind and I will go to corporate and the media.
