Today was my second time going to dunkin d.since they opened in k-town(Kerrville). Dissatisfied both times.Staff is always friendly. I went 1st thing in the morning hoping for hot/fresh. Cold, taste old, donuts just like the 1st time, and way.. over priced and small. I usually go to the other donuts shops and my order is fresh and hot when I get to my destination. Dunkin was cold when they give me my order. Box cold, donuts cold. I gave a 2nd and last try. I could've taken it back I think it would be the same. I get better donuts from the stores for a lot less and fluffy fresh tasting. I will not give it another try. 2 strikes you're out. I don't play with my money. Very disappointed in this place. I would discourage anyone from going there. No recommendations from me to go there.

I can only speak to my experience getting black coffee here….the staff are entirely too slow…..sitting in front of the window for 5 minutes waiting on a single cup of black coffee is ridiculous.

I stopped by around 4 PM, and some ice cream and donut flavors were already sold out. The ice cream was delicious, and the donuts were great as well. The shop has a clean and pleasant atmosphere, with plenty of parking available. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I will come back 😊

I'm not sure why I keep going back thinking this place is gonna get better, spoiler alert, they suck. The owner and/or district manager doesn't give a crap about this location clearly. We've attempted to go various times to try the ice cream of the month, and they're literally always out, of not only that, but most flavors, just tried to go again tonight, there were MAYBE 7 flavors available. I can't speak to the donut side because there's much better family owned donut places in town, including directly next door, but when it comes to the ice cream side of things, it's abysmal. This is a fairly new establishment and it's already crap. The people who run this place obviously don't keep up with these reviews, otherwise I'm sure things would change, but potential customers, take heed, go elsewhere for your ice cream needs. Freddy's and dairy queen are close and never disappoint.

This Dunkin’/Baskin-Robbins combo location is an absolute disgrace to both brands. Every visit, they’re out of something. Today once again it was waffle cones. When I asked, the associate why? She told me they “don’t have time” to make them because there are only two employees. Yet while we were there for 20 minutes (with no other customers in the store), she did have time to sit in the back behind the register and eat ice cream. So clearly, there’s time just not the willingness to serve customers. And it’s not just the ice cream side. On the Dunkin’ side, they are constantly out of coffee, out of cream, and even out of the right size cups. This isn’t a rare issue it’s the standard. The lack of effort is shocking.
