Employees do not greet customers, they are rude. They mess up your coffee and then have an attitude when you kindly ask them to fix it.

Always a problem here. If you skip the drive thru be prepared to wait in a empty store with no lines. They Pick and choose who gets helped in a timely manner. Come dressed with a Red Hat!

I only come to this location on Sundays due to being on a time limit and it’s the closest location but it is by far the worst location I’ve been too. They constantly make my order incorrectly, when I ask for it to be fixed they take it and hand it right back to me the same way. I pay for extras that I don’t receive. I’m paying for coffee! NOT sweet milk. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Dunkin, you really need to be checking in on your stores because your employees being lazy, is giving you a bad reputation. Take the extra 10 minute drive to the next location if actually want coffee. I will be from now on.

Everyone seems to love Dunkin, and while I do enjoy the donuts, I do not recommend the a breakfast sandwich with hashbrowns. The food was too greasy to eat & the 5 hashbrowns I received had a burned oil flavor that I couldn't get out of my mouth after eating only one.

They basically sold me a cup of ice with very little coffee. The adolescent girl said I should’ve ordered with less ice when I brought it up. In that instance, she should’ve just poured me more coffee..she told to me to buy more because she poured the ice to the fill line (it was over the fill line). I made a video for corporate, she threatened to call the police. The other employee said she didn’t want to be recorded (there is no expectation of privacy in a public place). These gen z kids, plus the higher level staff training them…unbelievable…
