  If there was an option I would give ZERO stars. After my experience at this location I will no longer step foot into any Dunkin Donuts establishment. I am appalled at the lack of human decency I witnessed today from all staff members. The staff working today 09/20/2025 @ approx. 4:45pm denied my toddler the bathroom without a purchase. I can understand this policy with teens and adults but it's inhumane and vile that anyone could deny a small child the restroom. They would've rather my toddler urinate and defecate on herself and their floors then "break policy". I cannot believe any human being would put a child in such a predicament of having to risk being utterly mortified and humiliated to publicly soil herself in the middle of a restaurant over a couple bucks. That kind of shame could have long term effects on any person, especially a toddler who does not have much control over their bowels and bladders. Anyone or any company that believes a no bathroom without purchase policy should apply to a 3 year old should be absolutely ashamed and disgusted with themselves. Luckily the next door restaurant(which was the only other establishment around) had normal human beings in it that did not deny bathroom use without a purchase. Thanks for the memorable experience Dunkin, I'll keep on Dunkin to the next place of business from here on out.

  Good service but they do mess up matcha sometimes, very milked down like where the heck the matcha I ordered
