  I have to say, the most pleasant Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to in all the years I have eaten At Dunkin. Bruce, Brooke and Sienna at the Sorrento Location was a pleasure to order from. The customer service makes me smile everytime I come!! Thank you guys for reminding me that we do have great people out there who can make you smile even if you are just ordering donuts!

  This Dunkin loves to just throw your breakfast sandwiches right into the bag causing them to become all squished and smashed! Like Come on use some common sense when packing your bags, no one wants to eat a squished sandwich.

  The location’s been open for about a solid year now and no matter if I say “extra hot” or not, the coffee simply always comes out lukewarm and I’m always having to go home to microwave it and make it hot. No other Dunkin is like this and I left a review 8 months ago complaining about the same thing. I have even told the manager on duty twice over the course of those eight months even though I’ve been dealing with it due to convenience. You’re supposed to be like… THE classic American coffee drive thru spot and you’re not accomplishing that due to this inconsistency and inconvenience. There’s been no change over the last many many months, so this will be my last Dunkin coffee from this location.
