  They are always so slow, and I hear them I. There just talking. It’s the worst on a work day. I was happy a Dunkin was put here but what’s the point if people can’t just drive through quick in the way to work. Currently writing this and Ive been in this drive through for almost 10 minutes now.

  My experience was zero out of five stars 🌟 but there isn't a choice for that. I ordered two iced 🧊 coffees, medium, two hash browns, and one snackin bacon 🥓. Mind you I had to repeat myself 3 times because the girl that was taking my order seemed spaced out and like she couldn't hear, and I was close enough to her that she could hear me, and the girl who took my order was wearing all black, glasses, black hair in ponytail. This happened on August 31st, 2025. When I got my order I got my medium coffee but my husband coffee was in a large cup and I specifically told her 3 times 2 medium coffees, and the hash browns were ok, but the snackin bacon 🥓 wasn't the one I ordered, it was just small pieces of bacon thrown in a bag, it wasn't the sweet maple bacon that I thought I was getting, never going back there and they over charged me because I got a large drink instead of a medium and I got the wrong bacon 🥓 They need to hire people who care and not a bunch of young people who don't give a shit 💯

  Just got food poisoning from an everything bagel I ordered at 5:30 this am at this location. The bagel smelled funny and tasted funny. Shortly after eating I was nauseous and had bad stomach cramps and had diarrhea and vomiting. And there’s no phone number to call and let them know. I am going in person to get my money back. The lady didn’t even give me a receipt.

  Horrible they sent the entire order wrong which is irresponsible of them. I ordered my food at 4 you mean to tell me you couldn't put the right food on the right bag the receipt is on the darn bag. How you confused a hot tea with cold milk!

  Horrible service. Ive been here several times now and every time there is a mistake. But today really struck a nerve. I mobile ordered 25 minutes early and Was waiting in the store for at least 15 and I was told my food was just not made yet. Not only that but my coffee that I get every day other places was awful and barely had any ice
