  Pendleton Pike Location was dirty, sandwich tasted stale, hashbrowns were extra grease, soggy and way too hot like they were microwaved. Donuts were also stale, latte tasted watered down. Staff didn't care to fix the problem or offer refunds.

  Went through the drive through Sunday morning. Ordered two sandwiches and two orders of hash browns, the hash browns were extremely soggy and we asked if we can have them replaced. We swear we were giving back the same ones we said that were bad, because one had five instead of 6 where my boyfriend had tried one. What back in again to give them another chance to fix it, the next batch if they were even new, we're extremely hot and mushy like they had come out of a microwave instead of a deep fryer. The Donuts were dry like they were probably old. We had gone inside to make sure they could get the order fixed, and it was really dirty inside. Instead of fixing the order the guy at the counter just said, " it is what it is" and make no effort to fix the food that was not edible. Nor did they let us get a refund. This was the Pendleton Pike location specifically

  I love Dunkin’s. the staff are very friendly and drinks and doughnuts are very delicious. I rate them a 10/10 🤩
