  The owner/manager also owned the eyebrow place in Walmart and she's still as rude as ever. No professionalism whatsoever, and she complains if you complain about ANYTHING! One time she somehow almost dropped the straw for my drink, but it somehow ended up stuck on her lip because the paper stuck to the saliva on them and she got upset I asked for a new straw. She got upset I asked them not to dump 2 donuts in a bag because they flatten and frosting ends up on anything but the donuts, so she put the 2 in a giant box instead and had the poor teen employee uncomfortably give them to me. Most recently, I found eyelashes on 2 donuts from my half dozen order. It's just a gross location- from the owner's attitude to the hair on food.

  "Training manager" has the worse attitude I have ever encountered in customer service..you can tell she hates her job. I expect this type of service from the DMV but not at Dunkin. WOW. She told me to tell Coperate hi..so HI COPERATE!! This type of treatment was so uncalled for. But by the looks of all these reviews it seems to be the norm here!! Do better DUNKIN!

  The staff is cool. If O don’t need to ask them to change gloves, they are dedicated professionals that are doing what they have been paid for instead of ranting OR being unhappy.

  She wasn't mean to me, just more like whatever. Very impersonable. BUT honestly about 80% of Dunkin employees are like this. So didn't think much of it. My bagel balls were good and the blueberry coolatta too. It's inside a gas station. So you can sit down and eat comfortably.
