I came up today to order a egg and sausage sandwich and a medium coffee marciato.This young lady told me that they had no sandwiches, no donuts.All they had was regular bagels, and they were very limited to what they had for drinks.How are you operating?If you don't have anything that's on your menu.Then, at that have an attitude when I come up to the window.Slamming the window door aggressively grabbing my twenty dollar out of my hand thank you, my change.
Very rudely this little girl even handed me my drink like she was so angry, didn't say have a good day. Thank you, or anything of a sort and slam. The door and walked away this manager at this establishment needs to teach his employees. How to have good customer service? And how to treat customers
These children nowadays have no respect, no worth. Ethic.
If your job sucks, maybe you need to find something else

Food is good no complaints there. Only complaint is the staff, loud and desperately need to be trained in customer service asap. Can stand at the front for minutes before they acknowledge you.

Absolutely horrible location, this Dunkin donuts is on my way to work n on my way to take the kids to school so we stop almost EVERYDAY. And EVERY SINGLE time my order is completely wrong I can't drink whole milk I get oat milk and they always put whole milk or 2% what ever it's never my oat milk. No matter which flavor donuts we got they just give us whatever they feel like giving and when I complain at the window she always says no it's right I'm the one that made it and closes the window I have called corporate numerous times and still nothing has gotten fixed. The other morning when we pulled up to the drive-thru she literally said I'll get to you when I do. If you are able to go somewhere else, don't hesitate go somewhere else! Food sucks people suck all around this place sucks!!!

This is the worse place to get coffee. The girls that work there are rude, disrespectful and lazy. My order is wrong all the time. LITERALLY. I understand that some days people are off, but it can be Monday-Friday week after week. Then when you tell them it's incorrect, they act hostile. One day, the girl working the intercom, said, we'll get to you when we can. I rather make an extra 5min detour to get Starbucks.

Waited in drive through for a very long amount of time , thought the speaker might be broken ? Was looking at windows to make sure never have waited so long at a speaker I was worried I was holding up line . I drove up to the windows and the lady very rushed opens the windows and yells do you have an online order and I just explained that I don’t mind waiting just I thought there was something wrong with the speakers. The lady was very frantic very rude and yelled that the speakers were working fine then rudely walks away . MANAGER comes to window and tells me I need to go to back of line after explaining the same thing to her . I had already been in line for 10 minutes . I came back inside and there’s no one inside ! The manager wanted to fight with me that I lied about speakers not working . Regardless I didn’t hear them it didn’t have to be a big deal I would have still continued to wait being mindful there’s other customers but was yelled at in drive thru and then argued with In store . I was livid ! Once I figure out how to report this formally I will . No one wants to start there day off being yelled at trying to get a damn coffee.
