  I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was honestly terrible. The woman at the drive-thru was extremely rude and impatient. I politely asked for my iced coffee to be remade because it was wrong, and instead of just fixing it, she huffed, puffed, and gave me a nasty attitude. At first, she told me to keep the incorrect drink, then came back and demanded I give it back — like I did something wrong. Very unprofessional. To make it worse, the food was disgusting. The eggs were watery and undercooked. Everything was cold and poorly prepared. It made me sick to my stomach — literally. I ended up throwing up after eating it. That’s how bad it was. This kind of service is unacceptable. If you’re overwhelmed or having a bad day, that shouldn’t be taken out on customers — especially those who are being respectful. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

  I absolutely love Dunkin! It’s my go 2! HOWEVER! My husband just finished telling me that all the workers got nasty with him and about 3 different people. One of them was an older man who was struggling to pay his meal and only had coins? Ya’ll should really do better and train ya’ll employees correctly. If they don’t want to work there then they should just say that. This continues that location will lose business.

  I went to this Dunkin on Saturday in between 10:30 and 11 and my coffee order was wrong and the food was so nasty. I also heard someone came in and their entire order was wrong as well and the wait was incredibly long.

  Just left this location, which we go to often since it is just down the road & Natasha was the one to take our order. She was extremely rude and gave us a huge deal over asking for an extra milk, while accepting any additional charges. She continued to speak to us like we were dumb and explain what our coffee normal is when you get it standard. Coming from someone who is directly in customer service, this shit needs to stop & you need to respect your customers especially when they are nothing but kind.
