    Here’s a polished version of your review that keeps the strong points but makes it clearer and more professional while still showing your frustration: --- Review: Almost every time my order is wrong, and a few times it’s even been forgotten. Today my coffee was made with oat milk even though I asked for regular milk. I went back and explained this, reminding them they need to be careful because allergies are serious—and that my orders are wrong most of the time. The response I got was attitude, with the excuse that they’re “training new people.” That’s not acceptable when customers’ health and experience are on the line!

    Refused to help me at the counter today may 6th 2025 at 11:10 am (giving the time and date for management) telling me to use the kiosk I told him I had cash he just ignored me.

    There are different employees almost every time I go and as a result, my drinks are never the same even though I order the same drinks. This past Monday was the last visit for me. The caramel cold brew I ordered tasted like bitter chemicals. I thought some sort of cleaning chemical must have been mixed in by accident. I couldn't even force myself to drink it. I have never felt the need to taste my drink before leaving a coffee shop. I guess I will now. Sadly, I'll have to go to my previous Dunkin near my work even though I wanted to love this one since it is so convenient. Now I know why it never looks busy. The owner/manager needs to train employees better and it should be standard practice to taste/check items before opening.
