I saw her go to the back put the old drink in a new cup and come back out with my old straw even. Go somewhere else dont go to that dunkin and all they do is yell and argue and not try to understand the problem or even try to fix it

Waited in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes while they had their sewage being pumped right next to the order box. Was told we had to order at the window and after they confirmed our mobile order, they still got the order incorrect and gave us the wrong drink. We were trying to tell them but before we could they had closed the window on us and we had to wait for them to come back again. Also, how does a Dunkin not have oat milk?
