  It’s the old Salad n Go place, so there’s a walk up window and a drive through line. I’ve been waiting in line at the walk up window and waiting for my one donut and one nitro cold brew for 30 minutes. It’s disorganized and slow…. After asking for my order, they apologized and told me it was in the wrong spot. It also isn’t a nitro cold brew.

  Ordered online and when I went to pick up, the staff didn’t seem to know what my order was and kept asking me to repeat it. They also didn’t have the donuts I ordered, even though it was still early in the morning. A lot of food items were already gone and the place seemed unorganized. The staff definitely needs more training. Really disappointing experience.

  They were out of everything - no Munchkins, no Bavarian cream or Boston cream, didn’t even know what they had. We ordered two everything bagels with cream cheese and after we paid, they informed us that they actually only had one everything bagel. The pumpkin donut we got was dry and crumbly with no flavor. There is no reason for the location to be open if they only have a very limited amount of everything and are out of everything else.

  After the slow line and then forgetting half my order got home to give my 3 year old her doughnut and this is what I pulled out of the bag. She didn’t want it understandable.
