That welcoming, community vibe is gone. What’s left is a rushed, joyless stop that feels nothing like the Dunkin’ of the past.

They were talking amongst themselves and totally ignored me. I tipped well thinking they went out of their way. No cream cheese on the bagel and it was hard and stale. Never going back
