  1 star across the board. Horrible management. They have hired a new manager, I didnt catch her name. Dark hair and tattoos. Shes a bully. I went in to eat this morning, a young girl in there crying and the manager just giving bully vibes to that young girl. I sat back and watched how she singled her out. I'll never eat here again, I will drive to the burkemont location if I want Duncan. I may just boycot Duncan all together. Get it together Duncan Donuts. Do better.

  If I could give 0 stars I would this place was not even that busy and I ended up waiting almost and hour and a half for my order and didn't even get everything I ordered I was a dunkin fan until I came here

  My fiancé and I placed a mobile order this morning. We ordered to breakfast sandwich’s and 2 coffee's. A sausage EGG, and cheese croissant, and a sausages, EGG, and cheese English muffin. We get home to enjoy our breakfast take the first bites and get mouth full of bread both took the tops off the sandwich to find neither had egg on them. We quickly called the store to inform them that we were missing an egg on our sausage, egg and cheese. The response we were met with was oh yeah, we’ve been out of eggs. Is disheartening to know that they knew that and proceeded to not even inform us when paying and picking up our food. Is disheartening to actively know you paid full price or something and the workers are OK with giving you half of what you paid for hoping you don’t notice. We were met with a scoffed and an attitude and told the best you can do is try to get a refund on the app. As a consumer if it was the other way around, we’d be in jail for somebody to pay full price for something and not receive all of the things they paid for, and if not that it taken off is stealing. I’ve deleted my whole Dunkin app at this point. If I could give this location less than 1 star I would.

  This is the newest and worst location in town. Ordered a loaded hash brown with extra bacon, got to work opened up the container and there was barely a tablespoon full of hash browns with 1/2 tsp of bacon shreds. This is ridiculous when paying for items you expect to get what you ordered not just something they barely threw in a cup. Went back that evening, the head manager was there or owner, was very lack luster , he was like “What do you want me to do about it “. I proudly stated, train your employees correctly and these issues wouldn’t arise. This happens frequently obviously by the reviews for this location. Needless to say his attitude was one that could have cared less.
