Today, Sunday, I’ve been waiting inside the store for over 25 minutes just for a croissant and some donuts, while the drive-thru keeps serving customers non-stop. There are only two people working, which is nowhere near enough for a day like this. It’s not the employees’ fault — they’re clearly doing their best — but it shows the manager’s poor planning in not having enough staff to serve all customers efficiently.
