  First time going to the new location on Higley and brown. The donuts were awful! Very dry and not fresh. The only good thing there was customer service.

  They are clueless here!...I was waiting over 5 minutes for my breakfast sandwich and they asked if im waiting for something. DUH!!!!!!

  I have a hard time with the app. Several times I have ordered on the app and when I get there to pick up my order, there's always a shortage of an item and this causes a big mess

  This review is about my experience with the location so far. I live very close. Have been looking forward to the new location opening as well. So far since it's opened I have been there four times. And two times out of the four times they have forgotten my snack and bacon. The first time I had to call them to ask to make sure the next time I'm in to add my bacon which I got on my next visit. But then I just came in last week and they forgot my snack and bacon again and I had to go inside to retrieve it where the gentleman was like. Oh yeah a sorry I forgot. And another visit customer service was a little under par. But I'll still go back because it's close. I just checked my bag before I leave. But I read a review that stated that people doing negative reviews are weirdos. That's absolutely untrue I give purely 100% honest reviews and not everybody's experience is the same. But great location. They just need to tighten it up a little bit. Folks work on your customer service and be a little bit more diligent about your orders. Appreciate you.

  My kids have been looking forward to this new location ever since the “Coming Soon” sign went up. We’ve tried to go twice now and still haven’t ordered anything. The first time we went around noon for munchkins and they were completely out. The second time I took several of our little friends around 3:30pm and the selection of donuts was so sparse we ended up going somewhere else. The display case was practically empty! We are pretty disappointed in this new location so far.
