  Dunes Heating and AC did an incredible job installing and relocating our new unit. I recommend Nick and his guys to anyone who needs heating and AC work. Everything was done exactly how Nick said it would be done and it looked like they were never here, very clean. Thanks guys.

  Signed up with Nick for an annual service contract and he responded within 15 mins. He was also able to come early after our initial request. A few days after he left we had trouble again. Fearing we lost the motor, I went through our home warranty and requested Nick to come back out even though he is out of network. Again, he responded within 15-20 mins and was able to come on the same day, just two hours after initial contact. The motor was fine and we lost a capacitor, which I understand now is impossible to predict. Nick apologized (not necessary) and fixed the capacitor free of charge with no call out fee. This saves me the fee for the home warranty as well. Nick went above and beyond with us and we plan to use his company for our future needs! You should too!

  Its going to be 98 today, and we have a 1 week old baby in the house... Called this morning, they came out this afternoon... was prompt, honest, and fair. A pleasure to do business with.. Even wore little booties in the house... Very professional.. o ya, and they fixed our old system, no heavy sales pitch on its old and needs to be replaced... Will be doing business again when the time comes.
