- CSCentralEast SDCMar 12, 20245.0I have lived in this apartment for 14 years. I started here with one young child, and adopted a second child within the first couple of years. I have seen MANY building managers (superintendents) come and go over the years and I have never been more impressed than I am with Bo. You send her a text in the morning, she asks you to complete a maintenance request and the problem is rectified by the end of the day. She is fantastic. I wrote to her manager about her and I hope something was done to recognize her. She is a true GEM! Because of her I feel safe living here even though my daughters are now grown.
