She had helped my husband shop for me at Christmas this past year. She did such a good job that I decided to shop with them for my 10 year wedding anniversary ring upgrade. She was never pushy. She also never seemed annoyed or irritated that I came in to try on the same ring three or four times. I wanted to customize that particular ring and they were excited to do so and didn’t hesitate to listen to everything that I wanted. It turned out perfect and we will be lifelong customers with Duncan. Thank you guys so much for being the best at what you do and true professionals.
