What size dumpsters are available?
At Dumpstar Solutions, we provide 15-yard, 20-yard, and 30-yard dumpsters throughout Middle Tennessee. Our open-top, roll-off bins include a gate at one end.
How much is a dumpster rental and how long can I keep the container?
Our prices vary based on address and cover a seven-day rental period. The prices include tax and pickup. If your project requires a second dumpster, our driver can pick up your first container and replace it with an empty dumpster after you pay the base rate again.
How can I pay for my dumpster rental?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Our drivers do not carry change. Charges for additional time will be calculated at the time of pickup.
Are there materials I cannot put in your dumpsters?
We do not permit the following items in our dumpsters:
Refrigerators
Tires
Liquids
Paints
Oils
Antifreeze
Wet concrete
Tube TVs
Batteries
Additionally, we will only accept two electronic items per bin.
We have a four-ton weight limit on our bins. Special arrangements are needed to dispose of heavy items, including concrete, rocks, dirt, and shingles.
May I fill the dumpster above the rim?
Our drivers need to tarp the containers when they pick them up, so you must ensure that all waste materials fit completely inside the dumpster. Items that extend above the container will be removed by our driver and left on your jobsite.
When will you pick up the dumpster? Do I have to schedule the pickup?
You may choose your pickup date when you place your order. You may also call us when you're ready for us to pick it up. If you need to arrange for a new pickup date or time, please contact us one day prior to the original pickup date.
Where will the driver place the container on my jobsite or property?
You will need to provide our driver with instructions about where the dumpster should be placed. You may want to lay down plywood to protect your driveway or yard. We are not responsible for damage to your grass.
Some cities have ordinances that restrict the placement of containers in roadways. If you plan to have our container placed on the road near your jobsite, please contact your town and obtain the required permits before your scheduled delivery.
Do I have to be present for the delivery?
As long as you have paid ahead of time and there are no obstacles that might prevent the driver from delivering or picking up the container, you do not have to be present.
What are your business hours?
Dumpstar Solutions is open 24/7 CST Monday through Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and some holidays.
