  We’ve needed to use Duke’s Sanitary Service 3 times this year. Twice to empty the tank and once to clean on of the pipes. All 3 times they have been wonderful. I would highly recommend their services to anyone and everyone. Every time I’ve called in, the person taking my call was so helpful and she even connected me to the owner when she couldn’t answer my question. JR was great as well. He was very knowledgeable and help me with making decisions that I knew nothing about. What a “5 STAR” experience.

  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. From their phone support to their tech crew that came out. What an outstanding local company. We needed our septic pumped ans they were very knowledgeable. Even the owner was on our job with the crew very friendly. Office staff foe scheduling was fast and efficient. We will definitely getting on their maintenance plan in 5 years!

  They did an awesome job pumping out septic tank. The two men were very professional. They were late for the appointment because of mechanical problems, that happens. Still rating them five stars. Thank you for the service.
