  I used to live in this building 34 years ago in 1991 and they had a lot of cockroaches in all units 🤣 such buildings should be demolished they are too old 🔨

  No security at all, cars got opened there incide the parking. Here pay always whit cheque or money order. Records there are always messy.

  For any new renter looking, stay away. The building is in wrong hands and in terrible shape. The whole 25 floors are hostage as daily 1-2 elevators are down. I am resident of this place for good 3 years and sadly have to write this comment for current situation of the building. Recently, a new onsite staff took over and gradually the maintenance and day to support work have greatly depreciated. Every other day the elevators are not working and few instances, the onsite staff turned them on service for their own use even in rush hours. During weekends the whole building was on single elevator. The winter mats are still on in elevators and entrance floors. The floor cleaning workers hardly clean floors and hallway. Sevice elevator is down everyday and no one bothers from office staff to fix it. Whole 30 floors building is running and using only two elevators. I am about to write a complain to CIty counseller and ask them to intervene.
