Zach took the time to educate us on important maintenance tips to help prolong the life of our equipment. He also identified an issue with our breaker switch—the builder had mislabeled it—and Zach found the correct one and relabeled it for us. He patiently walked us through the operation of the furnace as well. Zach and his team were very considerate, making sure to cover the rugs before installation to keep everything clean. The entire setup process was smooth and easy. Devin came to our home, assessed our equipment, and provided options and an estimate the same day. There was no high-pressure sales pitch or lengthy presentation. I highly recommend Ductworks for their professionalism, attention to detail, and customer-first approach.
