I was trying to find one of the dealers from whom I bought my Lexus a few months ago, but I got confused about the office locations. I then asked a General Manager of sales if anything had changed, and he replied, "15 years it's my office, you changed.” When I inquired about his name, he said, “Nevermind,” and pointed to his office name tag. It does not matter how long he worked there; what matters is showing professionalism even if you're having a bad day in the office.
I mentioned this incident to a few other employees, I hope this message reaches him!
I recently moved to California — actually, to the U.S. — and was completely new to how car dealerships work here. Buying a car in a new country can be stressful and confusing, but working with Rob Anguiano at Toyota of Dublin made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and even enjoyable.
From the very beginning, Rob was incredibly patient and understanding. He took the time to walk me through every step, explained how the process works here, and answered every single question I had — no matter how small. He encouraged me to test drive different models, shared honest insights about each one, and never once tried to push me into a decision.
What really stood out was how genuine and trustworthy he was. Rob went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He even held the car for us while we made our decision and later followed up — two days after our visit! — to check if he could find the exact color we were looking for. That level of dedication is rare.
He was also incredibly kind to our kids, making sure they felt welcome and comfortable the whole time we were there. It honestly felt less like dealing with a salesperson and more like talking to a friend who genuinely wanted to help.
If you’re planning to visit Toyota of Dublin, do yourself a favor and ask for Rob Anguiano. He’s someone you can truly trust and rely on — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring about his customers.
Thanks, Rob, for making our first car-buying experience in the U.S. such a positive one!
Best car buying experience ever!!!! My old car lease was expiring in few days and I visited several dealers in Dublin, only got ignored. I was at the dublin Toyota for about 10 minutes. The car I liked was too expensive and left. 15 minutes later, the manager Edris himself called me and told me about the new payment schedule. I thought he was joking. They actually redesigned the car price and payments around my budget. I only spent 30 minutes at the dealership to complete the paperwork including finance which was super simple and understandable. They actually helped me to get a new car in about 45 minutes, hassle-free. I definitely will go back soon to replace my other aging cars. Special thanks to Edris, Solomon and Najib.

Bought my 2025 Rav4 here and had a great experience! The salesmen weren’t too pushy and negotiating with them didn’t feel too painful. They allowed for some flexibility with payment which was great too since we needed some time to move money around.
Some things that could be better are they could have a better checkout process where they educate the buyer on their vehicle/services that are included. We weren’t told anything about the Toyota Connect app/services until asking about it at the end. We also found some sort of rust proof plugs in their factory seals in the glove box that they forgot to install before sending us off with the car. Good thing we caught that before leaving since we live about an hour away from the dealership.

I DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU DID TO MY CAR.BUT IT HASN'T RAN RIGHT SINCE I LEFT THAT PLACE.I KNOW YOU CHANGE PARTS.THAT'S WHY YOU KEPT ME IN THE OFFICE FOUR 5 HOURS AND YOU'RE NOT GOING TO GET AWAY WITH IT.The only reason I gave them one star is because you have to give 1 star at least to leave a review. I found out when I got home. The next day, I had to take my car to the shop. Because they exchanged the part that was in my car. That's why they kept me there 5 hours. What kind of place is that that'll take apart out of your car. Put a used part in and take yours. That's not right they should pay. And they didn't want to return my registration to my car.I had to call the police to get it back. I believe.
They also switched the tire on my car. I had to replace a part because they changed it
