    5 May 2025 - Literally the worst customer service ever. They can get away with it because they are a monopoly. I mean, who else are you going to get your power from?! No one, obviously. If we could switch to someone else DTE would never have our business again.

    Insane. customer service is no help, they bounce you around like they don’t know what they are doing and what department to transfer you for. Then when you call back they give you a number to some department that has nothing to do with what you’re calling about. Train your staff better !
