    Power goes out for 3-5 days multiple times each year, nothing is ever updated and there is never anyone to get ahold of when needed. Horrible service, but they have the nerve to charge more and more each year for doing a terrible job and showing nothing for the funding.

    Worst power company ever. Would be 0 stars if it would allow me. 2 years of living here and 8 power outages in which 4 lasted days. The top end of the company really needs to fix their issues before making us pay even more money for their incompetence.
