  Let multiple detailed messages without a call back.called the 1800 number and was on hold for 45 minutes just to be told to the information I need is on the website and I can look it up just as easy as them very rude.I've spent the last 3 hours trying to pay my bill. The website refered me back to the 1800 number. Still no return call form my local office.

  Worst company to ever deal with! Turned off my gas and was still being charged for six months after with no bill tried to call and fix the issue. A year later still not fixed.

  Tried getting gas hook up in mid October, I was told they didn't have any appointments available, I called back end of October they said they were pulling all their teams on Nov. 2nd till spring. I had the guy who put my house in call, they said they could do it right away and they will call me with a date (never happened), I called a week later and got an appointment set for Nov.28, no one came to my house when I called them they said they rescheduled to Dec.1 without telling me and they will have it in by Dec.5. Gas hook up is the only thing we are waiting on and this company keeps giving me the run around from the start. I was told they can't refund the $300 for the line hook up so now I'm stuck with them :(
