  I called on Friday June 29 with partial power outage. I had no air conditioning or working appliances. My garage door worked as well as few lights only. No internet or TV. My brother had a kidney transplant on 3/7/18. He suffers from peripheral artery disease in addition to being very frail at age 71 after the transplant. He is diabetic and needs insulin refrigerated. He is 6 ft tall and weighs 120 pounds. He is staying with me from CA since Transplant was at Henry Ford. He told me by Sat evening, June 30, that he felt this was killing him. I relayed all of this to DTE. They gave me 9:45, 11:00 PM and 12:00 AM to resolve. I called at 7:30 and 8:00 AM then told 3:30 PM. I called at 3:30 and told 5:30 PM. I told them based on industrial electrician who came over that only one phase was working in the meter. I was told to check by circuits which he checked and were working. No one came. I found an electrician online he fixed it in 15 min and was told loose connections in the meter that he tightened and I paid him $225 cash. We felt desperate. Very let down by the many people I spoke with. Fran Parker
