    Their crews show no respect to your property, they destroyed my deceased grandmother's flowers without even giving me the chance to transplant them first and they also broke one of my sprinkler heads. Update: DTE said they would send someone out to meet me to discuss a resolution at 4pm on 4/9, and they never even bothered to show up.

    Don’t try to pay your bill at The DTE service center. Apparently, they don’t offer bill pay service at this location, instead they referred me to a Walmart or pay center – – Whatever that means

    Steer clear from this company!!! Never showed up to reconnect my gas! Worse service ever!!! Will not recommend to anyone!!
