- DCDavid CooperOct 8, 20254.0New well merchandised store with plenty of stock. Much neater than Portchester store. They actually had a salesperson help us. Unfortunately they did not have the new Brooks GTS 24 in the correct size.. Evidently they do not control stock & could not order one for us.
- HUHeather UmphreySep 24, 20252.0Beautiful store and selection, I was excited to shop here at the brand new location. Coming into the store it was neatly organized with beautiful items. They have a huge clearance selection, I found a nice pair of shoes for my son. However, when I got up to the register the staff seemed aloof didn’t say hello and talked rudely to each other about something or someone smelling , didn’t smile didn’t try to engage in any conversation with us. The gentleman at the register said my coupon wouldn’t work, however I said please scan it anyhow just in case, and it worked. I had to say thank you first and I asked both people at the register if the liked working at the store and they mumbled staring at the floor an unenthusiastic yes. I don’t blame them . I blame management. Management needs to place friendlier people at registers or train the people representing the store better. I am not sure I will visit the store again. 😢
