Clear lanes and signage for sections. Employees around cleaning, adding stock, and large range of shoes. Lots of options and discounts. New donation and pickup feature too that I haven't seen here before.

This DSW location is truly outstanding. I can’t fully express how grateful I am for the exceptional service and overall experience. Whenever I need quality shoes at great prices, this store never disappoints. During a recent visit, I picked up a fantastic pair of New Balance shoes for my son and brought my daughter along with me. Unknowingly to us, she accidentally left her wallet in the store. We didn’t realize until we got home, and after carefully searching through every place we’d visited that day, except DSW, we assumed it was gone for good. Just when we had lost hope, a mysterious package arrived in the mail from DSW. At first, I was confused since I hadn’t ordered anything. But when I opened it, I was stunned. Inside was my daughter’s wallet, completely untouched—driver’s license, cash, everything still there. The honesty and care shown by the DSW staff truly moved me. They didn’t just provide great service during our visit—they went above and beyond, proving how much they value their customers. Thank you, DSW, for your integrity, kindness, and incredible service. You’ve earned a customer for life.

Aghhh DSW, DSW. In the beginning, it was good. I walked down aisle upon aisle of shoes in a happy state. Then some executive had a bright idea to turn it into some sort of messy find your own boxes of shoes, sizes, a Payless Shoes type thing. Remember that store? I hated it. Time passed and then, probably, that same executive figured it wasn't working and they returned, or tried to return to their original theme. Too late for me, it tainted my whole experience. No bueno. Not the same. Reminds me of Barnes and Noble. Remember when we could sit in chairs and read books? And relax there? Smh. Same kind of thing. A loss. Just my opinion of course.

Store was calm but it took a while to flag down a worker. The store was recently remodeled and the store isn’t labeled by shoe brands like it used to. It’s hard to find what you’re looking for if there’s no employees around. On the other hand, compared to last year. The new lay out allows the employees to keep the store clean which is good. (If you see the pictures of 2024 and before, you’d understand)
