well I got what I needed but the employees were unfriendly and seemed annoyed with every customer interaction no matter how brief it was

Nice shoes but female staff not welcoming no customer service they just followed us around as if we were going to steal and the female security with all the acne needs more training on allowing customers to shop and not follow them down every aisle the store isn't that big. Seemed racist towards black shoppers since that's the only pnes they worked so hard to follow around the store. The young man that was going to ring us up was helpful but I ended up ordering online. I won't be shopping here again.

First time purchase online. Returned to the store to get a larger shoe size. Employee refused to exchange and order a new size for me and just returned the item. Pretty unprofessional. Customer service was able to price match the original return so now I have work shoes ordered and headed my way.
Possibly better training for store employees as their give a damn is busted!

Dude that checked me out giggled and said "wow" when confirming both shoes I purchased were the same size, 9.5. The average size for women in America is 8.5 at height of 5'4" and I'm 5'8". Freaking rude, no matter my height.
