- HWHelene Greenberg WymanOct 18, 20255.0I wanted to acknowledge the special customer care I received from ‘WENDY’ I had been drawn to DSW Union Square location by an advertisement of the ‘Vince Simone Bootie.’ Wendy patiently spent an inordinate amount of time searching for the elusive bootie ..( it was not in-store but available online ) Once located she took additional care to apply allowable discounts … I was also assured the Simone Bootie would be shipped within 4-5 business days… Wendy also assuaged my concern if the bootie did not fit et al. please feel free to return to the Union Square location.. Wendy is an exceptional customer care employee and should be rated 5 stars.

She explained that the computers were running slowly and was so patient while I typed in my information. She even reminded me of the return policy without me needing to ask. She made my experience at DSW exceptional.
