- BNBinita NeoupaneAug 15, 20251.0Manager on this location is very rude. I was there and got 2 pair of shoes . I had a 20% coupon and cashier try to use the coupon and it didn’t work. Cashier called the manager and she came, she was very upset with cashier, make her feel like why she called her. She try to use my online coupon using my phone and it didn’t work. I asked the manager why it didn’t work she didn’t respond then I asked her again and she replied back very rudely saying it only work for certain brand and she walked away from there. She is very unprofessional and rude. Cashier was very polite and nice. I paid for my shoes with out coupon because I love it so much. But I feel like manager need to take some sort of training how to talk to customers and other staff. Very unprofessional and rude.
