  Extremely disappointing experience at DSW CrossIron Mills. I’ve had to face unprofessional and rude behavior from the same manager twice — on Thursday and again on Saturday night. On Thursday, I was waiting in line for a long time while one sales associate was busy with a return. I politely asked the manager (who was standing at the other counter) if she could help, and she curtly replied, “I’m working, she’ll help you,” even though she wasn’t assisting anyone. Moments later, two white male customers walked in, and she immediately invited them forward and helped them first — completely ignoring us waiting in line. That was blatant discrimination. On Saturday, I went for a return, and she once again spoke harshly and unprofessionally, refusing to accept the return and insisting I should’ve asked for a note at the time of purchase — something no customer would know unless the store clearly communicates its policies. Such disrespectful, arrogant, and discriminatory behavior is unacceptable. I will never shop at DSW CrossIron Mills again, especially while this kind of management represents the brand.

  Had a horrible experience shopping in this store. I selected one shoe in the store. The salesman guided me to go to counter as he told me that he will bring the shoes that I selected. I went to counter however shoes ware not there yet. Lady on counter was so rude while dealing with this and she turned me away. She did not even bother to call the salesman if he is bringing shoes or not. Will never visit this store.

  I bought Anne Klein Harmony Flat Sandals 5 days ago , I wore them only once and it gave me bruises on my feet. I took them to store to return it. I was told by the Manager why did you wear them outdoors? why didn’t you wear them at home?Who on earth buys shoes and only wears them in their home? Ridiculous service and behaviour by both the staff, manager and the cashier. They made me stand there like I have done any crime by buying a scandals , which has fault. I was told by the cashier my manager was very lenient with you if you have gone to Sunridge location their manager is strict. Did I even asked the casher for this information? Who is she to tell me all this. ZERO Customer SERVICE, ZERO CUSTOMER Satisfaction. Such a ridiculous behaviour by the staff.
