Non friendly staff ask for shoes size and didn’t even bother to check it at the back at all.

Was just here with my family and easily found everything needed for back to school. Lovely cashier helped us and made checkout so easy. Love this store!

The location is absolutely terrible. During my VERY FIRST visit, I witnessed 2 front counter female staff speaking poorly about customers openly in front of other customers—completely unprofessional and inappropriate. ( 1 black lady long braids and the other Indian girl Konvika or Kovika) While attempting to make a return, a staff member named (I believe) Kovika asked to see my bank statement because I never received an order confirmation email. I had showed her the arrival email and other information on my dsw account. I complied, but only because she had just had a tense altercation with another customer and I didn’t want any issues. However, asking for such personal information was highly inappropriate and made me very uncomfortable. The front desk staff came across as rude and dismissive. Their behavior was catty and unprofessional, which reflects poorly on the brand. It was clear they had no interest in helping customers and didn’t take their roles seriously. When I called to speak to a manager because the cashier had returned the wrong pair of shoes and asked to see my bank statement, the person who answered immediately questioned why I wanted to speak to a manager—instead of simply transferring the call. That response alone shows they are aware of the poor service being provided. Eventually, I spoke with someone named Kiara, who said she was the manager—but she was actually just a supervisor. Later, the actual assistant manager (Rose, though she never introduced herself) finally came to the phone. Throughout the conversation, I was constantly talked over and interrupted. I had to raise my voice just to be heard, which should never happen in a professional setting. What made it worse is that I had to repeatedly tell Rose that she was not present during the original exchange and did not hear the cashier ask for anything. Let alone provide reasoning. She kept making excuses or trying to justify the situation without acknowledging that she wasn't even there to witness it. this is PRIVATE information she is asking for. It felt like she was more interested in defending her staff than actually listening to a customer’s concern. she eventually informed me that all the staff needed to do was call their customer service line along with VEWING my original form of purchase. In short, I will never return to this location. The customer service was appalling from start to finish. I strongly recommend reevaluating the staff—and honestly, removing those who display such negative and careless attitudes.
