  Horrible experience at the store. The store manager was shockingly rude. Once DSW has your money, they're done with you. No warranty support.

  Great experience at this store. Recently went in for summer sandals for my children (with my children), and not one, but two staff members came to help me. Each child got a pair of shoes that fit and both were on sale. Super happy with my experience. DSW has many brands. I have shopped here several times over the years and usually leave happy.

  Their collection has been very bleak off late i have always loved visiting DSW but most recently i noticed their prices seemed jacked up in comparison with other retailers. I hope they continue to do well and it reflects in the shopping experience. The associates are extremely helpful.
