  Horrible store to deal with. An online order that wasn't picked up was still charged to my credit card. when asked why, they said " the shoes were missing off the shelf so they assumed it was picked up" Wont ever do business with the store again.

  Not sure why people have reviewed negatively about this place and their staff.They are far from rude and hostile. I wasn't attended by just one but 2-3 at a time. The range, I agree wasn't much,but maybe that's because I went to pick up a pair of sandals in fall(not a very bright idea🥴!).None the less, had a good experience shopping here today.I will be back ,for sure.😁

  Clean store, lots of product, lots is sizes, reasonable prices. Found what we were looking for. Good shopping experience.

  Horrible experience at the store. The store manager was shockingly rude. Once DSW has your money, they're done with you. No warranty support.
