- DWD WhiteAug 31, 20255.0There was a young man by the name of Giuliano who provided superb service. The store was out of a size that I needed for back to school, and he called their customer service to ensure they mailed me the shoe. Great store and wonderful customer service!
- FEFal EApr 9, 20255.0As soon as my feet crossed the threshold I was greeted with a warm welcome even though it was 30 minutes till closing. I did not feel rushed in anyway. Kristen and Nyallie were extremely pleasant. The store had good lighting, super clean and organized as always. There was a wide selection of clearance items to pick from. I also spotted a few new athletic sneakers that I am considering for my next purchase. All of what I saw were reasonable prices. I had returns and I was able to find a comfy Clark branded low heel sandal. I enjoy this DSW location compared to Sumner & Crossroads. The store offers weekly shoe donations and customers can obtain 50 pts. I always forget about this. I learned today that DSW also offers water proofing services for a charge. This is perfect for suede or Uggs. A great service I’m glad I now know about. The staff here are extremely pleasant, helpful and leave a lasting impression after each visit. This was not my first time visiting this location and definitely not my last. This 5* review is well overdue. I hope the staff here are acknowledged for a job well done. Thank you!

On this particular trip I was looking for a comfortable dress shoe and found one but it was a slightly over what I wanted to pay. I still decided to buy it. When I got to the register the cashier stated that these could be on sale and checked for me and sure enough they were. I saved about $25 and walked away. Very happy customer. I will continue to shop here when I need any type of shoes or sneakers or boots. Thank you, DSW!
