- LHLily HaleJun 10, 20252.0Good selection of shoes and nice and clean but one of the workers very obviously followed me and my fiance around the store but we were just looking for work shoes and he literally stalked us around the store until I left extremely uncomfortable without buying anything

While in the store, we were notified of their "Spend $75, Get a $20" coupon that could only be used in store 4/20- 4/30. We made 4 separate purchases and were provided with 4 $20 off coupons. The sales associate indicated that we could come back in and use them all on a single purchase. So we were having dinner and decided to stop by afterward. Picked out a pair of Hey Dudes and a pair of socks. Took them to the register and then attempted to use the 4 coupons. That did not go as we were told by the previous associate, so the manager Liz came up to discuss the issue. Because of store policy, her hands were tied, so we asked that she call the GM Alan Robinson. Alan was able to approve the use of our coupons via a special code. Overall, what could have been a very poor experience turned out to be exactly what we were told by the first associate. Mistakes happen, associates misinform customers, and management did what was right and honored what we were told. We will be back and very much appreciate how management handled the issue.
