- IMIndiana MomAug 24, 20251.0The store is fine, but the manager named Jessica is very rude. I had a simple request that another manager said would be easy to handle.. When I got passed on to Jessica, party time had ended. Sheesh. It felt like I had called her at home, woken her up from sleep, and asked her to come tie my DSW shoe. She could not stop interrupting, was short and curt, and not at all friendly or helpful. My recommendation is for someone to check in with her staff because she must be a real prize to work with. And for the record, I never leave reviews. Like ever. I go out of my way to affirm and give praise to those in customer service who do a great job! But this was a simple encounter, there was no brain surgery needed, and DSW could have been represented a lot better.

Additionally when I went to donate a pie of shoes she was super fast in making sure I got my point for my dsw account. The store looks nice inside, a little short staffed but isn’t everywhere these days? Would recommend!
