I received the email that they were ready, went in the next day and the staff couldn’t find them. The manager told me they would see what they could find and call me back later that day to update me. She verified my number, and I left. No call. Next day, no call. The day after that, I called and was put on hold for an extended period of time so I hung up and my husband went up there. They told him the size I ordered was out of stock in store and online, so she canceled my order. I checked the website and they ARE in stock and available for purchase. The manager said she was sorry, but her tone and demeanor told me she really didn’t care. Kind of like, “oh well nothing I can do” and since she never called me, I felt like she just said she would call to satisfy me at the moment but didn’t mean it. I went ahead and ordered them online, but this time just shipping them to my home.
