- SJSusannah JonesOct 4, 20251.0Manager Carassa would not take my shoes back with receipt with 60 days. Said too worn. My shoes were splitting manufacturer defect. She had an attitude too. Not friendly. Probably too lazy to do the RMA and return to the manufacturer.

Last night, I went to the Round Rock location to look for running shoes. First, when I walked into the store, an associate was right at the front door and she didn't even say " hello", " good afternoon " or "welcome" . After that " nice" welcoming I wasn't expecting for her to assist me in any way. After several shoe tries, I decided to purchase a pair of asics. After I paid for the shoes, the cashier handed me the box with the shoes, so I asked her if she could put the shoes in a bag. I was in shock when she said they don't give bags when you buy one pair of shoes. 😳😳 I asked her even if you spend more than $ 100 they can't afford to give a plastic bag that probably cost to DSW 0.5 cts? 😵💫 I guess you will need to bring your own shopping bag as DSW cant afford to give you one. Next time I will order my shoes straight to asics or amazon. At least I would not be dealing with this poor customer service.

I walked in the store at 7:43pm and the sales associate (with ORANGE AND BLACK HAIR) had the nerve to tell me “the store closes at 8pm” as if I didn’t know the store hours. I know the hours and instead of telling me something I already knew she should have been attending to the restroom because they were out of tissue and they were nasty! You serve whoever from the time they enter to the time they leave even if it’s 8:05pm! Get it together oh and I was out of the stolen by 7:49 thank you
