  They applied a coupon on a pair of shoes that were not included in the deal. I wasn't expecting that which was very nice of them.

  I stood around waiting for assistance in a almost empty store and all 5 employees were tasking. No one said hello to anyone that entered and I was all set to select and purchase shoes. When I approached a team member they said they were busy tasking and gave a half-hearted apology. Probably won't be returning

  Drove 20 to get here because they mailed me s coupon. Spent 20 minutes trying to find the right shoe, then found out the coupon doesn’t start until next month?

  Your personal information with DSW can be easily breached and is not safe with them. This became apparent after my experience with the Eden Prairie store today. The girl at the counter convinced me to sign up for their Rewards which I was reluctant to do and said she would opt me out of all emails, since that is how the rewards are sent. After taking my number, someone named "Eric" was in their system under my phone number which I've had for many years. I had my phone with me and offered to show them it was my number and could they remove him from that phone number account or change it to my name, but the manager standing by flat out refused. She said "Eric" was still using that number and they would just add my name onto the account along with his. I argued that it wasn't his number it was mine and that I didn't want to share an account with "Eric" , but they wouldn't budge. The manager's explanation makes no sense at all. If the rewards are emailed to people, then how can "Eric" still be using my phone number as the manager put it? Using if for what exactly? Now ERIC can walk into any DSW at any time, use my number and also has access to my email address and any other information that is under my account, since we now share an account because DSW is incapable or unwilling to make this simple adjustment as if people never change their phone numbers. With so much fraud by text and on the internet these days, I am shocked that DSW would throw their customers under the bus like this. I paid for my sandals in cash instead of using a debit card and will never purchase shows from DSW again, not at any location. This review is getting sent to the corporate office.
