Nice selection of shoes. Prices are better than most retail stores.

I've found some good shoes for my children here over the years. The selection is usually decent and varied. Unfortunately, we bought a pair of Skechers for my 10 yo last month, and they fell apart after just two days of school. The interior lining literally disintegrated after 12 hours of wear. They said there was nothing they could do. Their attitude was that it was my problem they sold a defective product.

DSW is a good shoe store. At least I found some shoes that I liked and bought. There was another brand and type I would have bought, too, but they said it was only available online (of course). I still don't understand how people buy shoes and clothes online without being able to try them on. At least, you can try shoes on at DSW. Different brands and styles of each fit differently. Anyway,I did find shoes which seems to be rare at GB shoes or any of the discount shoe stores. That's about all we have anymore as far as actual shoe stores go. The staff were good although their coupons and promotions are confusing. A friend I was with got an extra 10% off for the same coupon I had. That wasn't really fair, and I think the cashier should have done the same for me. No big deal, though.

Ok, but poor customer service and not great selection. Mostly cheaper shoes. I think I’ll just go to Dillards in the future.

1st time visiting it. Big store with tons of variety and some decent prices on a lot of different brand shoes.
