Came in, got attitude and zero solutions. The energy was very “we don’t care, please leave.” So I did. And took my money to Famous Footwear, where they actually have customer service.

This store has terrible costumer service. It was 7:50 pm and they were pressuring every 5 minutes that they were closing at 8. I was finishing up picking my kids shoes and it wasn't even 5 minutes past 8. I told the lady to not pressure me as I was already trying to wrap up and she talked back and even said she would not bring me up because I was taking too long. I have never had an experience where they kick me out of the store.
