They felt comfortable turning to him with questions throughout the night (I was there for almost 2 hours). He made me very comfortable with my final decision and helped me navigate the app to see if there were any sales in the brand I was wanting to get. A+ manager

No one spoke when I came in, no one spoke when I was trying shoes on, and no one spoke as I was leaving. Bare minimum customer service is saying hi and have a nice day. I’m glad I decided not to spend my money here. I’m on my way now to shoe carnival

The cashier was too busy in his phone and wasn't interested in checking us out. He didn't even bag my shoes, just pushed the box and my empty reusable bag and said have a good night or thank you. I came to the store closer to home, I should have went to the Barrett Pkwy location. Lesson learned.
